Most trackers count headaches. This one defends coverage.

The problem

The renewal paperwork is the hardest part.

CGRP preventive medications (Aimovig, Ajovy, Emgality, Qulipta, Nurtec, and others) work. But prior-authorization renewals do not care that you feel better. They ask for numbers: baseline monthly migraine days, current monthly migraine days, percentage reduction, breakthrough medication days, MIDAS score, HIT-6 score, adherence record.

If you have been keeping a diary in the Notes app, or not at all, your neurologist is piecing that evidence together from memory and clinic notes. Sometimes coverage is denied not because the medication is not working, but because the paperwork does not prove it.

"We built this so the renewal report writes itself. Log an attack in seconds. At the end of the month, the one-page CGRP summary is already there."

- PixelPort LLC

The approach

Built for the outcome, not the diary.

Every feature in the app was designed backwards from that one-page renewal document. One-thumb Migraine Mode exists because logging has to be fast enough to do during an attack. Barometric pressure exists because it is a documented trigger, and documenting it builds the picture. Apple Health integration exists because sleep and heart rate context rounds out the clinical story.

The encrypted care-team share link exists because the neurologist sometimes needs to see the raw data without the patient having to print anything. Everything connects back to the same goal: keep the coverage that is making your life manageable.

Privacy stance

No account. No cloud. No exceptions.

Health data is among the most sensitive data a person generates. We built the app so it never has to send us anything. The diary is stored on your iPhone, encrypted. PixelPort LLC does not operate a server that receives or holds your migraine log. The only data that leaves your device is data you explicitly choose to share: a PDF you export, or an encrypted link you generate.

Honesty about what this is

A tracking tool. Not a medical device.

Migraine Tracker: CGRP Log is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always talk to your clinician.

The renewal report organizes your logged data into a format clinicians recognize. It does not replace clinical judgment, and it does not guarantee coverage approval. The decision about your treatment is always between you and your medical team.
